This month, we’re leaning into self-discovery through creative journaling, because your story deserves a safe space to bloom.
Set the tone with soft music, a cozy corner, and your favorite pen.
Try morning “stream of consciousness” writing (just write whatever comes out, no judgment), mood mapping with colors or stickers, or weekly reflection prompts like “What made me feel most alive?” or “Where did I hold back this week?”
Add a collage page using cut-outs from old magazines or print your own photos for a vision board moment.
Write affirmations as if they’ve already happened: “I am already living the life I dream about.”
Journaling isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. So whether it’s five minutes or fifty, let the page meet you exactly where you are. 🪷✨
Our mental health has a lot to do with our inner dialogue in our brain with ourselves. We either think too much about the past or worry too much about the future. The key to erasing all of the noise is to just let it flow and let it go.
Whenever you are feeling anxious or sad, take out your journal and write whatever is on your mind in that moment. Our pen has a lot more power than we think and so do our thoughts.
What we think becomes our reality. So let’s change our way of thinking with small steps each day by journaling and connecting to our true self.
Let us know how your journal journey is going today by sharing your progress and best practices!
If you are looking for a way to slow down and reconnect, join one of our events this month! The first is a slow Yin Yoga class to focus on calming the nervous system and relieving stress. The second is a self care party to celebrate Mother Earth and the love of plants!
Always remember, it’s a great day to be alive 🙌🏼
You are love & light, shine bright as you are, a star 💫
